Position Summary We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and detail‑oriented

Member Service Representative I (MSR I)

to join our team at our

West Salem Office . As the first point of contact for our members, this role is essential in delivering outstanding service and assisting with a variety of financial transactions. This full‑time position (30 hours per week) is ideal for someone looking to balance work with other commitments while building a career in financial services.

Key Responsibilities

Assist members with daily transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments

Process debit card, credit card, and change order requests

Develop positive business relationships with new and existing members

Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and services

Adhere to all credit union policies, procedures, and guidelines

Maintain strict confidentiality of member information and comply with privacy standards

Collaborate with team members and maintain open communication across departments

Training & Work Environment

Extensive on‑the‑job training provided

Regular interaction with employees across the credit union

Qualifications & Skills

Strong communication skills with both members and coworkers

High attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
