Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
Greet customers, answer inquiries, provide product info, offer solutions, and assist with purchasing decisions. Sales & Revenue Generation:
Identify leads, conduct demos, upsell/cross-sell, process transactions, meet quotas, and secure new business. Product Expertise : Maintain deep knowledge of products/services, promotions, and industry trends. Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and loyalty. Store Operations (Retail):
Keep sales floor stocked and organized, manage returns, and support inventory. Reporting & Collaboration:
Track sales, report to managers, and coordinate with marketing/teams. Essential Skills & Traits Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Negotiation and persuasion abilities. Goal-oriented and performance-driven. Problem-solving for customer complaints. Teamwork and customer focus. Job Requirements
Education & Experience Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field often preferred, but experience can substitute. Experience:
Prior sales, retail, or customer service experience is common. Willing to assign at Tandang Sora, Quezon City.
