Job Description The IT Restaurant Support Representative works closely with the Restaurant Support Team to ensure all technical and deployed IT solutions meet Raising Cane’s approved specifications. This role addresses and escalates technical issues to ensure timely resolution and operational efficiency for our restaurants. Our Support Team thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on finding the best ways to solve IT challenges for our crew.
Provide technical support to all requests from restaurants, field, and Restaurant Support Office crewmembers
Respond to requests, provide and implement solutions, or route requests to appropriate paths
Process and resolve customers’ issues using communication methods such as telephone, person, e-mail, etc.
Document, track, and monitor technical problems with the intent of ensuring timely resolutions
Qualifications
Basic PC and network troubleshooting, and PC installation and configuration experience
Proficiency in a variety of technology systems and able to adapt to new systems quickly
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to work flexible hours and based on the business needs, including non-typical business hours
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of restaurant operations experience strongly desired
Associate’s degree, trade certification, or high school diploma with equivalent experience
Experience with Aloha POS, kitchen display systems, and headset systems
