American Fuels , a division of
H&K Group, Inc. , is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for being the point of contact for American Fuels customers. This position is responsible for answering incoming phone calls, emails, entering leads and opportunities, handling fuel contracts, service contracts, fuel deliveries and service calls, as well as being a point‑of‑contact to resolve incoming inquiries. The ideal candidate is ambitious, energetic, friendly, professional, and learns quickly.

Qualifications Required Skills, Education, and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent (such as the GED) from an accredited education institution리> Strong verbal and written communication skills리> Detail oriented리> Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)리> Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE as needed리> Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to job)리>
Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience
Six months of related experience and/or training리> Experience promotional merchandising, screen printing, or other related industry리> OSHA or other relevant safety certifications리>
