Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our commercial clients. In this in‑office role, you will manage a book of business, deliver outstanding day‑to‑day service, handle renewals and marketing, identify cross‑selling opportunities, and help businesses across Central Ohio manage their risks effectively. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who enjoys building long‑term client relationships in a collaborative, office‑based agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main liaison between clients, carriers, and the agency for all commercial lines accounts (Property, General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Commercial Auto, Umbrella, etc.).
Provide exceptional client service, including responding to inquiries, processing policy changes/endorsements, reviewing coverages, and addressing coverage concerns (primarily in‑person and via phone/email).
Manage the renewal process: review expiring policies, gather updated information, market renewals to carriers, negotiate terms, and present renewal Bolsonaro to clients.
Identify and recommend additional coverage opportunities to enhance client protection and support organic growth.
Assist with new business as needed, including preparing applications, gathering underwriting information, and coordinating with producers.

Qualifications
説明 3+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance account management or service (property & casualty focus preferred).
Active Ohio Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and rating concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑first mindset.
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel હુમ; Outlook) and agency management systems (experience with AMS360, Applied Epic, or similar a plus).
Self‑motivated team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, in‑office, relationship‑driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Proven track record of client retention and account rounding.
