The APD reports directly to the Program Director.
This position is part of our Youth Mental Health (MH) Services Adolescent Residential Treatment Facility (RTF).
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1pm-9pm, flexible. Shared supervisory on-call rotation.**Wage Information:**Starting salary: $65,000/year**Job Description:*** Monitors program and employee compliance to all company policies and procedures and all regulatory standards.* Supervises, trains, and oversees the performance management of program employees.
