Your Role: As Director of Nursing, you'll lead and inspire our clinical team, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance. Responsibilities include:
Overseeing all nursing services and clinical systems
Developing and maintaining nursing programs, policies, and procedures
Driving quality assurance and compliance initiatives
Coordinating nursing care with other departments and services
Participating in state/federal surveys and audits
Mentoring and supporting your team to create a culture of excellence and accountability
Leading discharge planning efforts and resident care coordination
Providing regular reports and insights to the Administrator

What We're Looking For:
Registered Nurse (RN)
in good standing (Utah)
Associate degree required , bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 1 year of successful nursing leadership
in a long‑term care or geriatric setting
Strong organizational and communication skills
Passionate about geriatric care and team development
Committed to ethical, resident-focused leadership
