Who we’re looking for Dot Compliance is a cloud based, innovative software company, and our product allows life science customers to manage their quality and compliance processes electronically.
We are looking for a key member to join our Professional Services team and play an integral role in ensuring customer satisfaction and a smooth onboarding process.
In this role, you will work closely with our professional services global team to handle technical activities during the customer onboarding phase. This includes developing custom solutions, tools, and scripts to improve processes, as well as collaborating with the productand R&Dteam to design tools that support new products and features.

Responsibilities
Product Ownership: Act as the "Product Owner" for Professional Services technical tools. Identify internal needs, define the technical roadmap for connectors, and ensure these tools are scalable and user-friendly.
Custom Development: Design and develop Python-based integrations and custom tools that extend the capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
Use vibe coding technology to develop custom solutions on top of the Salesforce platform.
System Architecture: Translate complex customer requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations and automated Flow solutions.
Support data migration tasks when migrating documents and records from other systems into Salesforce
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the technical bridge between Professional Services, R&D, Product, and Customer Success to ensure new features are "service-ready."
Do you have what we’re looking for?
3+ years of experienceas a salesforce developer
3 years of experience in Salesforce platform application configuration
Proven experience with SQL, Python
Excellent knowledgeof Excel
Excellent written and oral communication skills - Hebrew and English
Independent learner with the ability to adapt and understand concepts with agility
Team Player, able to excel in a rapidly changing, hyper-growth, startup environment
Relevant degree from a recognized university/Collage
