Our flagship product, Dot Compliance Suite, helps organizations transition from paper-based processes to electronic quality management systems (eQMS).We are looking for a **Senior Developer** to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with a passion for technology and innovation. You will play a key role in building and enhancing our platform, collaborating closely with product and professional services teams.**Responsibilities:*** Develop and enhance the **Dot Compliance Suite** application* Design and implement features that improve user experience and system performance* Take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality, scalable code* Build and maintain cloud-based **microservices on AWS*** Develop applications on the **Force.com** platform* Provide **technical support** for production environments* Identify and evaluate new technologies to align with business needs* Participate in **code reviews** and knowledge-sharing sessions* Analyze business models and customer requirements to design **Salesforce solutions*** Stay up to date with the latest technologies and development best practices* **4+ years of experience** as a full-stack developer* Proven experience with **Node.js and TypeScript*** Hands-on experience with **Docker and containerized environments*** Strong expertise in **Salesforce platform development** (Apex, LWC, HTML, CSS)* Experience developing **cloud-based microservices on AWS*** Proficiency in **MySQL/PostgreSQL /MongoDB*** Passion and experience with **clean code principles and code architecture best practices*** Strong **team player** with excellent collaboration skills* **Fluent in Hebrew and English** (written and spoken)* Independent learner with strong problem-solving abilities* Experience with **Agile development methodologies*** Hands-on experience with **CI/CD pipelines** (advantage)* Experience with Java and Python is a plus* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a recognized university/college
