Overview Position Summary: You will be responsible for developing business strategies, building relationships, creating summaries, supporting stakeholders, and addressing business growth plans.

Responsibilities

Develop business strategies by recommending initiatives based on data; implementing processes based on recommended strategies; partnering with internal and external stakeholders to execute strategies; reassessing strategies to adjust to feedback and meet results; building relationships with stakeholders to support strategic growth plans; and creating summaries identifying past, current, and future business plans and objectives.

Develop and maintain financial models to forecast sales performance, evaluate strategic initiatives, and support decision-making processes.

Design presentations that craft a cohesive and compelling narrative, clearly communicating sales strategies, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to executive-level audiences.

Ensure business needs are met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community events.

Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in business analysis and advise on the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.

Provide data-driven analysis and insights to help support business strategies by evaluating ongoing analytical needs; reporting data-based insights in a uniform manner; reporting on business strategies; collaborating with internal and external business partners to build a consistent and accurate strategy for using data-driven insights.

Develop and drive business opportunities by identifying program and project opportunities; determining program and project feasibility through data analysis; assessing the financial and physical performance of each program; and driving strategies with cross-functional teams.

Drive processes across different areas of the business to ensure efficiency and compliance by establishing timelines, workflows, and requirements; overseeing training; verifying necessary documentation for reviewing results; managing functioning of key process and controls; and determining appropriate information.

Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Consulting or related field.

At least about 3 years of work experience in a role requiring analytical and strategic skills, such as business analyst, data analyst, consulting, or business development.

The ability to communicate findings and make recommendations for improvement clearly and effectively either via presentation.

The capability to model and simulate improvements to existing business processes, evaluate ‘what-if’ scenarios, and conduct dry runs to identify and resolve gaps before implementation.

Aptitude for cross-functional collaboration across various teams, with a strong ability to multitask with a sense of urgency.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 2 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 4 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field, Project Management Certification, Six Sigma certification, Statistical Programming Language.

Salary Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401: The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $156,000.00.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
