You will report to the General manager of your respective dealership.

A manager who is a driven, self-motivating leader with the capacity to manage their department day to day and has a vision of constantly striving for the best will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

A high energy, dynamic leader with previous experience as a service and parts director.
Relevant Work Experience:
5+ years of progressive dealership operations experience, preferably working as a Service Manager or Fixed Operations Director. Service Advisor experience is a plus.
Fluency in CDK, ability to write op codes, electronic multi-point utilization, and a proven track record of delivering CSI ahead of OEM benchmarks.
Understanding of dispatch processes, electronic MPI tools, declined services and DMS reporting.
Understanding of OEM warranty claim requirements and manufacture KPIs.
Proven leadership ability to mentor and train others.
Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills when working with customers, team members, and automotive colleagues.
Competitive and self-motivated attitude with eagerness to improve.
Proficerculosis computer skills such as CDK, Microsoft Office, etc.
Professional appearance, demeanor and work ethic.
Knowledge of X-Time.
