What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Oversee the end-to-end technical setup, pacing, and launch of programmatic advertising campaigns
Actively monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to optimize outcomes
Execute advanced bidding strategies and deliver actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders
Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues related to campaign performance and ad serving
Collaborate with Account Management to inform strategic optimization strategies for client retention
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree preferred; background in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field preferred
3+ years of experience in a hands‑on programmatic trading role optimizing Display, Video, and Audio‑based campaigns
Experience with DSPs such as Free Wheel, Stack Adapt, The Trade Desk, and Amazon
Advanced working knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem and technical systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate programmatic concepts into clear insights
Exceptionally organized and proactive with a strategic mindset
Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with diverse teams
