Our client, an equipment manufacturer is seeking an experienced
Director of Service & Operations
to lead all service and operational functions across
the United States and Canada . This is a senior leadership role.Capabilities include building structure, driving consistency, and scaling service operations to support continued growth across North America.
The ideal candidate brings strong multi-region leadership experience, a deep understanding of service operations, and the ability to implementencji standardized processes in a growing organization. This role must be basé in
Texas
and will require regular travel throughout North America.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all service and operations activities across the U.S. and Canada.
Develop and implement standardized service processes, operating proceedings, and performance metrics across all regions.
Lead and support regional service and operations leaders to drive accountability, efficiency, and consistency.
Improve service performance, technician productivity, equipment uptime, and customer satisfaction.
Oversee service-related financials including budgets, forecasting, warranty programs, and cost controls.
Partner with sales, engineering, product support, and executive leadership to align operational execution with business objectives.
Build scalable service infrastructure, training programs, and support systems to enable long‑term growth.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements across all locations.
Provide regular operational insights and performance reporting to executive leadership.

Qualifications
Proven experience leading
service and/or operations at a regional or national level
within manufacturing environments.
Experience overseeing multi‑location and multi‑country operations (U.S. and Canada strongly preferred).
Strong understanding of service operations, field service, technical support, and warranty processes.
Demonstrated ability to build processes, KPIs, and scalable operating models.
Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational performance.
Strong leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout North America.
