Job Description This job is responsible for providing leadership, technical direction and oversight to a team delivering technology solutions. Key responsibilities of the job are to provide oversight of the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex computer programs, align technical solutions to business objectives, and ensure that coding practices/quality comply with software development standards. Job expectations include conducting multiple software implementations and applying both depth and breadth in knowledge of several technical competencies.

Treasury and Strategic Forecasting Technology (TSFT) team is looking for a hands‑on

Feature Lead

to work on a

Gen AI and Interest rate risk mitigation project

involving summarization and chatbot supporting a huge volume of documents of various type from various LOBs.

Responsibilities

Designs, develops and is accountable for feature delivery

Applies enterprise standards for solution design, coding and quality

Ensures solution meets product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt

Guides the team on work breakdown and execution

Works with the Product Owner to ensure that product backlog/requirements are healthy, with clear acceptance criteria

Plays a team lead role (as an individual contributor) and mentors the team

Guides team members with skills and practices (planning and estimation, peer reviews, and other engineering practices)

Lead the discussions with the AI Infra team and come up with strategic solutions for models, inference service, GPUs, that are apt for the project and deliver optimal performance

Work with other tech teams to design and build data pipelines that will feed the Gen AI app

Leads the design, development and implementation of complex data management, storage applications, often using new technologies

Required Qualifications

3+ years of IT experience, 2+ years of experience working on Quartz and CPRT

Masters' degree in Information Systems/Information Technology or related discipline

Strong programming experience with Python

Experience in Web UI (Angular, Spring) and CI/CD tools

Experience designing and building Rest API, FastAPI

Experience using Vector DB such as Redis

Desired Qualifications

Experience with Hadoop/Hive, Apache Spark, Kafka and MongoDB is a plus

Understanding of various financial instruments Interest rate swaps, FX swap and bond is a plus

Knowledge of machine-learning techniques, classifiers and statistical methods

Advanced degree, or equivalent experience, in mathematics, data science or other quantitative discipline
