Schedule and properly zone technician routes.
Contact customers/end users to schedule service appointments.
Keep track of inventory.
Participate in weekly and weekend on call rotation.
Prepare quotations in a timely manner.
Preparing and sending invoices, ensuring terms are met.
Requirements
Prior experience as a dispatcher.
Excellent computer skills, knowledge of QuickBooks and ESC programs.
Great multi‑tasking, organizational skills, excellent communication and listening skills.
Billing experience preferred.
