Overview
As the Head of Fixed Income Technology, you will serve as a senior technology leader for one of the largest fixed‑income businesses, pivotal in supporting multi‑billion‑dollar global operations. You will partner with business leaders, leading your team to deliver cutting‑edge technology platforms that enable business growth, maintain engineering standards, and safeguard clients and the bank through robust resiliency.
Responsibilities
Strategic Technology Leadership:
Partner with Rates & Spread Products business leaders to define, champion, and execute the technology strategy and roadmap that enables business growth, market share expansion, and new product development.
Platform Excellence & Resiliency:
Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of robust, scalable, high‑performance technology solutions and ensure platform quality and resilience.
Technical Leadership & Modern Practices:
Lead delivery of scalable solutions in a high‑performance trading environment, ensuring target‑state architecture alignment and resilience.
Global Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a large, globally distributed team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and high performance.
Qualifications & Experience
Significant experience in Financial Services, including a senior technology leadership role.
Demonstrated people leadership and budget management.
Track‑record of delivering large‑scale technology ecosystems, including architecture, build, deployment, integration, and management.
Experience designing and executing transformation programs.
Strong influencing skills and ability to work in a fast‑changing environment.
Proven ability to maintain trusted business partnerships and client relationships.
Ability to analyze complex problems, client requirements, and develop suitable solutions.
Comprehensive understanding of corporate and regulatory policies.
Compensation & Benefits Primary salary range: $250,000.00 – $500,000.00. In addition to salary, Citi offers discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage; 401(k); life, accident, and disability insurance; wellness programs; paid time off (vacation, sick leave, holidays). Offerings vary by jurisdiction.
