Job Overview
Tatum was recently made aware of an immediate remote need with a portfolio client of our Private Equity sponsor. We are seeking an experienced Tax Leader with deep technical expertise and excellent advisory skills to support senior management within a mid‑sized technology company. The role is replacing an existing position and will work via contract for 3 to 4 months with the chance of conversion to the permanent position.
Location and Compensation
Location: New York, New York
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $90 – $130 per hour
Work Hours: 9 to 5
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 7 Years
Responsibilities
Lead corporate tax compliance and reporting for over 14 countries worldwide
Support global tax strategy & planning optimization
Support tax audits & inquiries while working with external advisors
Partner with finance, treasury, operations and business leaders across the organization
Support compliance with IFRS and GAAP reporting standards across multiple entities
Stay informed of international tax regulations and US‑specific guidelines
Qualifications
7+ years of corporate tax experience
Recent international tax experience at the corporate level
CPA preferred; Master’s in Taxation preferred
Immediate availability preferred
Strong communication skills and attention to detail needed
