We are seeking a driven, systems-oriented Director of Operations to oversee the daily operations of our real estate organization and support the next phase of growth. This role is responsible for leading administrative staff, maintaining operational excellence, supporting agents, and ensuring the business runs efficiently, compliantly, and at a high standard. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, strong people leader, and detail-oriented operator who understands real estate workflows and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure all procedures, systems, and workflows are followed consistently
Lead, manage, and support administrative staff with clear expectations and accountability
Identify inefficiencies and implement improved systems to support scale
Oversee the transactions team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely updates
Serve as an operational resource for agents, anticipating needs and resolving issues quickly
Coordinate meetings, trainings, events, and calendars
Support planning and execution of internal meetings, agent trainings, and company events
Track office expenses and assist with basic bookkeeping and financial reporting
Ensure CRM, MLS, and internal tools are used effectively and consistently
Support the adoption of systems and workflows by agents and staff
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in real estate operations, office management, or leadership
Strong understanding of real estate transactions, MLS, and compliance
Proven ability to manage people, priorities, and systems simultaneously
Tech‑savvy with confidence using CRMs & MLS platform
Strong communication skills with a calm, solutions‑oriented leadership style
Compensation $75,000
