Key Responsibilities
Lead user experience strategy and design for web and mobile products across the customer lifecycle, from onboarding through subscription activation to rewards engagement and retention.
Develop and refine conversion‑optimised user flows, customer journey maps, interaction designs, low‑ and high‑fidelity prototypes.
Ensure consistency of experience, visual language, and interaction patterns across platforms with a scalable design system.
Apply human‑centred design methods to discover user needs, pains and opportunities for value creation.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with visual designers, product management, IT development and marketing to translate business and technical requirements into user‑centric solutions.
Align with marketing to support campaign landing pages, conversion funnels and communication touchpoints that drive sign‑ups and engagement.
Use data, analytics and user insights to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions, including A/B tests and performance tracking to measure impact on key metrics such as signup, activation, retention and subscription revenue.
Mentor and support designers, provide clear design rationale and participate in design critiques.
Advocate for UX best practices across the organisation and help raise the bar for design quality.
Marketing & Communication Support
Ensure seamless transition from marketing assets to product experiences, maintaining visual and experiential continuity.
What We’re Looking For Experience & Technical Skills
At least 4 years of professional experience in പൂര് UX/UI design or product design, ideally in SaaS, loyalty, subscription, reward‑based or highly interactive digital products.
Proven track record creating user experiences that convert traffic into engaged users and paid subscribers.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy, user journeys, prototypes, interaction designs and real business impact.
Highly proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar.
Experience working in an agile product development environment.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to present design decisions clearly to stakeholders.
Customer‑first mindset with the ability to balance business goals and user needs.
Self‑starter with a passion for improving conversion, usability and user delight.
