is a rapidly growing technology company in search of a

customer‑focused

and detail‑oriented professional for a full‑time Customer Service Representative position. You will work with new and existing customers and with internal production management to ensure we delight our customers. We will provide training on our business and the industry.

Responsibilities

Engaging closely with customers in all stages of their orders, from order toParty delivery and beyond.

Tight integration with the sales team to ensure that we delight our customers.

Collaborating with internal teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution and on‑time delivery of customer orders.

Assisting customers with new order placement.

Providing regular updates on customer project status to sales and management, and performing other duties as needed.

Qualifications

College degree or equivalent level of education and experience.

A minimum of 2 years of successful customer service experience in the technology industry.

Prior experience in the PCB assembly industry is preferred but not required.

Self‑motivated and detail‑oriented, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and other business‑related activities.
