Acorn Assembly LLC – Customer Support Specialist

Base pay range $42,000.00/yr - $48,000.00/yr
About the Role As a Customer Support Representative, you will work with new and existing customers, as well as internal production management to ensure that we delight our customers. We will provide training on our business and the industry.
Responsibilities
Engaging with our customers in all stages of their orders, from order to delivery and beyond.
Tight integration with the sales team to ensure that we delight our customers.
Collaborating with internal teams, including quoting, engineering, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution and on‑time delivery of customer orders.
Assisting customers with placing new orders.
Providing regular updates on customer project status to sales and management, as well as performing other duties as needed.
Qualifications
College Degree or equivalent level of education and experience required.
A minimum of 2 years of successful customer service experience in the technology industry.
Prior experience in PCB manufacturing industry is preferred but not required.
Self‑motivated and detail‑oriented, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and other business‑related activities.

Preferred Skills Prior experience in PCB manufacturing sales is preferred but not required.
