Who We’re Looking For Licensed or non‑licensed (we’ll help you get licensed) Driven, coachable, self‑motivated individuals Entrepreneurial spirits ready to grow personally and professionally
What We Offer Support to get licensed (for non‑licensed candidates) Own your book of business – not a captive agent Unlimited income potential based on performance
How Can You Qualify? Do you possess
Strong interpersonal, relationship‑building, and communication skills Proficiency in problem‑solving, negotiation, and presenting financial solutions Ability to analyze financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance or financial products Self‑motivation and strong organizational skills to manage a remote, part‑time schedule Basic understanding of financial services, insurance, and retirement planning (certifications such as a Health & Life Insurance License are a plus) Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and related tools Previous sales or client‑facing experience is advantageous
