We are looking for a Product Owner - Digital & Data to join our Rexel team in Dallas, TX!
Summary The Product Owner - Digital & Data is responsible for leading product definition and delivery for data products and tools. This position will sit at the intersection of data science, engineering, design and business stakeholders, shaping product strategy, prioritizing initiatives and ensuring that our data assets deliver measurable value. This is a hands‑on role for a product professional with a solid technology background, excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of shipping data products.
What You’ll Do
Gain a sustainable understanding of the data landscape and opportunities at Rexel through research, experimentation, and constant interaction with vendors, users and business stakeholders
Develop a forward‑reaching roadmap for curated data assets required to provide high quality data solutions
Own and prioritize the product backlog; run refinement sessions and make trade‑off decisions to maximize value and minimize risk
Work closely with multi‑disciplinary teams to design end‑to‑end solutions
Drive planning, review and release activities; ensure successful deliveries and remove impediments for the delivery teams
Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business users; translate technical trade‑offs into business decisions
Champion a data‑driven culture and evangelize product capabilities across the organization
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
5+ years in a Product Management Role; data or AI products strongly preferred
Proven experience working with cross‑functional engineering and/or data science teams to deliver production analytics, ML or data platform features
Experience with Agile frameworks (such as Scrum) and product discovery techniques (user research, prototyping, experiments)
Familiarity with the industry (B2B distribution) or domain (eCommerce) strongly preferred
4 Year / Bachelor's Degree - Required
Data management & analytics, information systems, computer science, statistics, or related discipline
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Product discovery & strategy: ability to run discovery workshops, user research, and analysis to identify unmet needs, and prioritize opportunities by value and feasibility
Requirement management: proficiency in capturing and writing clear, testable requirements, acceptance criteria and specifications that are actionable by technical teams
Familiarity with analytics platforms and ability to define goals in quantitative terms
Agility: Ability to break goals down into milestones and deliver value in increments. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and rituals (Scrum, XP, …)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills towards a variety of audiences, using a variety of media
Good understanding of common architectures for data products, roles involved and the development processes to collaborate effectively with engineers
Knowledge of Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), experimentation platforms, query and programming languages
