Position Summary The role focuses on managing and refining our CRM systems for enhanced client engagement, seamless revenue attribution, and integration with various platforms. Key responsibilities include developing automation sequences, ensuring workflow efficiency, and maintaining precise reporting for revenue metrics. Success relies on collaborative cross‑functional efforts and the ability to adapt to evolving best practices in RevOps and marketing automation.

Success Looks Like

Stable, observable workflows with alerts, retries, and dead‑letter handling.

Snapshotted, versioned builds that promote cleanly from sandbox to prod.

Attribution and pipeline numbers match source systems within defined variance.

Objectives

Own the end‑to‑end CRM system, ensuring accurate setup, maintenance, and optimization of workflows.

Build, test, and maintain automation sequences that drive client engagement, nurture leads, and improve retention.

Implement and monitor revenue attribution models across marketing, sales, and service systems.

Integrate CRM with other revenue platforms (ads, payment processors, analytics, email/SMS tools) to create unified data flows.

Audit pipelines and automation performance to identify gaps, errors, and optimization opportunities.

Partner with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure revenue metrics are tracked, reported, and accurate.

Create dashboards and reporting structures for revenue performance, funnel velocity, and automation efficiency.

Document processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures to ensure scalability and repeatability.

Stay current with best practices in RevOps, CRM, and marketing automation to recommend continuous improvements.

Support cross‑functional projects requiring data synchronization, attribution, and workflow automation.

Competencies

CRM Expertise – Deep knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, etc.), pipeline management, and customization.

Marketing Automation – Skilled in building, testing, and optimizing workflows, triggers, and nurture sequences.

Revenue Operations (RevOps) – Understanding of lead lifecycle, funnel velocity, revenue attribution, and cross‑departmental alignment.

Systems Integration – Ability to connect CRM with ad platforms, analytics tools, finance systems, and third‑party apps.

Data Analysis & Reporting – Strong ability to design dashboards, track KPIs, and translate metrics into business decisions.

Process Optimization – Competence in mapping, auditing, and streamlining workflows for efficiency and scalability.

Technical Aptitude – Comfortable with APIs, automation logic, tagging systems, and troubleshooting errors across platforms.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Effective at working with marketing, sales, finance, and operations to align workflows to revenue goals.

Documentation & SOP Development – Ability to standardize and document processes for repeatability and training.

Project Management – Skilled in prioritization, timelines, and managing multiple automation/revenue initiatives simultaneously.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Certifications in CRM or automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, etc.) preferred.

Additional coursework or certifications in data analytics, RevOps, or project management (Salesforce Admin, HubSpot RevOps, Google Analytics, PMP) a plus.

3–5+ years of hands‑on experience with CRM administration and marketing automation workflows.
