Global Environmental, Health, and Safety Director

The Global Director of Environmental Health, Safety, Sustainability & Engineering is responsible for developing, managing, and executing strategic initiatives and priorities across all PCG divisions worldwide. This role leads a global team operating in the USCA, LATAM, EMEAI, and APAC regions and provides compliance and risk management support to Sherwin‑Williams operations and customers utilizing Sherwin‑Williams products. This position drives initiatives across PCG facilities, automotive branches, R&D laboratories, and Repair Centers. The Director ensures business continuity by maintaining compliance with local, state, federal, global, and company standards. Additionally, the role oversees fire safety engineering and asset maintenance for all PCG facilities and automotive branches in North America. Additional Info:

Travel is up to 20% This role will report to the Sherwin‑Williams Global Headquarters located at: 1 Sherwin Way, Cleveland, OH 44113. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
