Location: Dulles, VA Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour Schedule: Monday

5:30 PM Employment Type: Full-Time Position Type: Temp-to-Hire Job Summary: Adecco is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support a fast-paced distribution environment in Dulles, VA. This temp-to-hire role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, accurate order processing, and coordination with internal teams. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner Process customer orders accurately and track delivery status Coordinate shipments, logistics, and sample requests with internal teams Handle product returns, exchanges, and claims per company procedures Prepare shipping and billing documentation for invoicing Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems Provide product information and resolve customer issues Partner with sales and warehouse teams to support customer satisfaction Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications: At least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented Apply today with Adecco and take the next step in your customer service career!
