5:30 PM Weekly paycheck $15.00/hr Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses Responsibilities: Provide responsive and reliable customer service and technical support to internal employees and external customers Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to coordinate service-related activities Process sales orders, returned material authorizations (RMAs), warranties, and shipping requests using internal systems Receive customer product orders and ensure accurate processing through shipment Utilize the Data Works system to manage sales orders, shipments, RMAs, warranty information, and generate reports Maintain compliance with quality system requirements and contribute to quality standards across all activities Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent 1 years of customer service or related experience Ability to handle customer inquiries and support service-related processes accurately Strong attention to detail and ability to follow quality and compliance requirements Flexibility to assist with international customer service when needed This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Teams and not your local Adecco Branch.
