We are on a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star: a passionate Sales Data Administrator within our Sales capability. This position reports to Director of Sales and will work in Mission Hills, CA.

About The Position As a Sales Data Administrator in the Sales team, you will be involved in maintaining and administrating a variety of sales data including, but not limited to, customer pricing, customer lists, sales commissions, and new product sheets. You will also be responsible for running reports and analyzing data for various sales requests and requirements.

Your Main Responsibilities

Process commissions report for Sales Rep groups.

Maintain customer lists in CRM ensuring all information is up to date.

Pricing administration – maintain all price sheets.

Primary lead for managing price change process including price analysis with S&OP team, making updates in ERP system, generating upload sheets, sending updates to customers and reviewing expiration dates.

Run sales analysis reports on customers and products to assess trends and proactively bring to attention of the Sales team.

Maintain customer yearly sales list.

Assisting with customer price quotes, as needed.

Fill out new products sheet, quality issue alerts & Engineering change forms.

Trade show administration including logistics and product assignment.

Run Customer Open Order Report and follow up with Shipping and Planning to identify constraints and share with Sales Management.

Disseminate Product Content requests.

Create monthly, quarterly and annual business review reports and presentations for Sales Management.

A Suitable Background

2+ years’ experience with analyzing data in a business environment.

Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, including creating clear, well-organized presentations.

Expert level Excel knowledge leveraging pivot tables, complex formulas, and automation to assist with analyzing sales data and optimizing overall team performance.

Experience with Power BI preferred, including basic reporting and data visualization.

Ability to create, export, and work with data from ERP software systems.

Skills, Competencies & Characteristics

Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.

Planning and organizational skills.

Ability to effectively work cross‑departmentally.

Ability to be flexible and adaptable to ever evolving and changing business demands.

Detail oriented.

Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
