The simplest way to everyday mobility for everyone, everywhere Fairtiq is an innovative Swiss startup that aims to make traveling with public transportation as simple as possible. The ticketing app developed and operated by Fairtiq is free and can be used throughout the public transportation network in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, as well as in some parts of Germany, France, and Austria. With over 140 million trips to date, Fairtiq is the most successful check-in/check-out solution worldwide. Fairtiq has built an impressive network of over 60 partners in public transportation, including national rail operators such as SBB, BB, and SNCF. But the journey is not over there. We want to make the use of public transportation even easier for many more people in the future, and for that, we need you! For the further establishment of Fairtiq in the German market and to support the existing team, we are looking for a sales support student (w/m/d) in Germany (20h/week). Your Role And Tasks With Us
In this role, you will be part of the Sales & Business Development Team and work together with other student assistants. You will assist in the acquisition of new customers (transport companies, transport associations, etc.) in new markets. This includes desktop research and market analysis, development of (sales) presentations, and support in tenders. In addition to opening new markets, you will help maintain existing customers (account management). Occasionally, you will support the marketing team (email marketing, B2B activities) and assist with press work and content creation. Your Skills And Personality
You are in a bachelor's or master's program and have at least one year of study left. You are interested in mobility and the transport transition, are goal-oriented, and bring a healthy dose of persistence. You have very good German and English language skills and communicate in a stylish manner. Further European language skills are a plus, especially French. You have very good user skills in Google Docs, MS-Office & Co. You work quickly, independently, reliably, well organized, and team-oriented. You are an open personality, have no aversions, and enjoy working in a committed and international team. You are enthusiastic about the startup spirit and are passionate about your work. You are willing to travel 3-5 times a year within Germany and/or to Switzerland. We Offer You
