Our solutions help railway companies, infrastructure operators and mobility service providers optimize their processes — from operational management to maintenance and customer communication. The focus is on efficiency, safety and sustainability. In the consulting projects, you will find answers to strategic and operational questions — regardless of whether you work in one of the nationwide T-Systems offices, remotely or at the customer's site.For our rail team, we are looking for an experienced person who has deep process and market understanding in the rail sector and has a reliable network with major players such as DB, ÖBB, SBB and other railway operators.**Tasks*** **Sales of complex digital solutions** in rail transport — from operational IT and scheduling to maintenance and passenger information.* **Acquisition and strategic development of major customers** (EVU, infrastructure operators, service providers) at decision and committee level.* **Preparation and management of complex offers** within the framework of public tenders — including management of interdisciplinary offer teams.* **Contract and price negotiations** with purchasing organizations and decision makers — taking into account regulatory requirements in the rail market.* **Working closely with engineering and account teams to develop market-oriented**, realizable solutions with clearly identifiable business benefits.**Profil*** **Several years of experience in sales and solution consulting in the rail sector**, ideally with direct customer contact with DB, ÖBB, SBB or comparable players.* **Deep understanding of processes, IT structures and decision-making** processes in railway companies — including experience with public procurement processes.* **Confident management of offer projects and interdisciplinary teams** in a complex regulatory environment.* **Strong communication and strategic skills**, combined with negotiation security and political sensitivity in the rail market.* **Technical or business-related studies**, fluent German (C1), good English and willingness to travel regularly in the DACH region.This position is also available on a part-time basis.Severely disabled people are given priority if they are equally qualified.Your contact: Nicole GehlhaarTelephone: +49 30 835383779email: nicole.gehlhaar@telekom.de## Job Benefits### This position is also available on a part-time basis
