Domino's Pizza in Bridgeton, United States, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a vital member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellent service. Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications Process cash and credit card transactions with precision Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Assist with various cleaning tasks as needed Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. Qualifications

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Basic math skills for handling cash transactions Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and friendly demeanor Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
