We are currently seeking a Sales Executive - Property & Casualty Practice to join our team in Chicago, Illinois (US). This is an individual contributor role. The Insurance Sales Executives will oversee client management in the IT Consulting Services arena with a successful track record finding, developing, and selling Application Outsourcing, Application Development, Infrastructure Services, and other related IT services within the Insurance industry. Focus will be on new logos and some existing strategic clients. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in the capture and delivery of solution-based systems integration engagements, IT Outsourcing Consulting Services engagements, and experience in market assessment/strategic planning, and a hands-on role in new revenue attainment within the P&C Insurance Industry. Basic Qualifications: 6+ years of net new logo sales experience selling IT Solutions or Professional Services to P&C Clients. BS Degree or equivalent working experience. Previous experience with System Integration or Management Consulting company preferred. Desired Skills and Experience: Sells primarily complex managed services, full IT Outsourcing solutions, application services, and industry vertical solutions to include things like regulatory compliance solutions, digital solutions, mobile solutions, transformational services, managed services, application management/support, ERP (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce). Demonstrated ability & success at meeting and/or exceeding annual quotas of $6 million+. Demonstrated experience selling to Insurance Companies. Requires strategic agility to interface and successfully influence multiple C-level executives within the customer organization. Sponsors and institutionalizes new and innovative ways of working in teams to meet customer needs/sales objectives. Guided by brand and NTT DATA overall sales strategies. Models organizational and industry standards in achievement of sales goals. Sells to large national and global accounts. Typical contact at CEO, CIO, and CTO level decision makers. Anticipates how market and competitive factors will influence the selling of NTT DATA services. Excellent Insurance (P&C) and service solution knowledge. Excellent understanding of customer's decision making process, goals, objectives, and strategies. Excellent business and financial acumen. Excellent ability to assess potential sales opportunities and develop value propositions. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Job Level Specific Duties: Focus on selling services solutions to clients within the P&C Insurance industry. Solutions include Application Outsourcing, Application Development, Infrastructure Services, Data, AI, and other related IT services. Execute goals and strategies within the sales area. Sales to larger and national size accounts that may include global operations. Typical contact at senior IT management level and may have limited exposure to CIO and CTO level decision makers.
