As an Associate Order Management Representative at Cleveland-Cliffs Steel, you will be part of a team that is directly responsible for the entry and processing of varied customer purchase orders. This position is highly focused on data entry throughput, and reliant on accuracy in a fast-paced environment./ppstrongSummary of Responsibilities:/strong/pulliUnderstand customer purchase order, contract, and/or part specification sheet requirements and how the information is applicable to the production of the steel/liliEnter orders using appropriate technologies into various entry systems/liliReview and check orders for discrepancies and/or errors, updating where appropriate/liliDevelop knowledge of internal business processes and systems/liliProcess customer order changes that impact the manufacturing/processing or shipment of the steel/liliReview and resolve order issues with internal stakeholders/liliUnderstand specific production plant capabilities/liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulpstrongMinimum Qualifications:/strong/pulliHigh School Diploma and 2 years of relevant work experience or a Bachelors degree/liliWorking knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)/liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills/liliAbility to demonstrate attention to detail/liliAbility to demonstrate time management and organization skills/liliEffectively communicates with team internally and externally/liliAbility to multi-task and prioritize/li/ulpstrongPreferred Qualifications:/strong/pulliHigh volume order entry/processing experience/liliKnowledge in SAP or other ERP Systems/li/ulpCleveland-Cliffs Inc. is the largest flat-rolled steel company and the largest iron ore pellet producer in North America.
