Portfolio Management:/h3ulliDirect maintenance programs, audits, vendor performance, and service contracts/liliOversee RM, cleaning, and renovation vendors; evaluate new technologies and solutions/liliEnsure safety, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation/liliPartner on budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning/li/ulh3New Construction

Commercial Kitchen Design:/h3ulliLead full-cycle development for new locations, from planning through turnover/liliServe as primary liaison with architects, GCs, designers, landlords, and agencies/liliDrive commercial kitchen layout, equipment specification, workflow design, and installation/liliManage timelines, quality control, cost performance, and adherence to specifications/liliReview LOIs, work letters, and space plans with internal real estate partners/li/ulh3Concept
