This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the construction equipment market./ph3Primary Responsibilities:/h3ulliExecute the Annual Business Plan and achieve established sales metrics for the region./liliLead a CE sales team including recruitment, development, training, and performance evaluation. Provide guidance, support, and coaching to drive high performance and achieve sales targets./liliComplete weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting processes to track sales performance and progress./liliCollaborate closely with various internal departments including Order Fulfillment, Rental, Marketing, Credit, Finance, and Product Support./liliMaintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction./liliEstablish and nurture relationships with OEMs and allied vendors./liliInteract and manage positive relationships with CAT personnel and various stakeholders within the company./li/ulh3Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:/h3ulliBachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related field./liliPrevious sales experience with a construction equipment dealer preferred.
