Receiving Clerk, youll be part of our Product Service Division working as an on-site employee. Youll get to:/pulliAccurately write up orders in the computer system./liliReceive and put away items from incoming shipments./liliPrepare items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards./liliIdentify and confirm shipment details against invoices, orders, and other records./liliUnpack and inspect incoming shipments, reject damaged items, and record any shortages./liliCommunicate with shippers and customers to resolve issues related to damages and shortages./liliProvide excellent customer service, including answering phones and assisting customers both in-person and via phone./liliConduct customer sales and service transactions efficiently and professionally./liliMaintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment, adhering to prescribed safety regulations./li/ulpThe person:/pulliLoves to learn and grow and be acknowledged for valuable contributions./liliIs not intimidated by innovation./liliHas the ability to work Monday through Friday full-time with additional hours as needed to meet customer demands./liliPreferably has bilingual proficiency./liliPreferably has prior experience in shipping
