Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, procurement, production, quality, sales, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate service. Serve as a liaison for basic technical support, providing general guidance and escalating issues as appropriate. Review, verify, and clarify order details, pricing, and shipping information to ensure accuracy. Maintain organized and accurate documentation related to customer interactions and transactions. Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) to manage daily responsibilities. Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Identify, troubleshoot, and assist with resolving customer issues as they arise. Requirements Qualifications: Fluency in Spanish and English (required). Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related role preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
