We are looking for a dedicated customer service representative to join our team in Harahan, Louisiana. Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to create reports, track data, and organize essential documentation. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer experience. Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate guidance. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of their concerns. Identify opportunities to upsell or recommend additional services based on customer needs. Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Communicate effectively with internal departments to address customer-related challenges. Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and data management. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and organization. Capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting. Familiarity with basic office equipment and software tools.
