This is primarily an inbound position where you are working with customers to process orders, resolve issues, billing and supporting the outside sales reps etc. Ideally, we would like to find someone that is familiar with construction and/or industrial manufacturing business but are willing to train someone that has the right attitude./ph3Job Location/h3pThis role will work from our Riverview, FL facility./ph3Job Responsibilities/h3pAnswers incoming customer telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner/ppResponds to and investigates customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, fax, mail, and e-mail in a timely and courteous manner/ppReceives, records, and routes customer orders/changes in appropriate manner/ppAnswers customer inquiries and provides appropriate technical and/or product-related information/ppResearches and resolves customer complaints and/or billing issues/ppContacts customers when necessary to follow-up on customer issues or orders/quotes/ppObtains customer feedback information/ppEffectively communicates customer issues and concerns to all applicable internal staff members/ppDocuments all contacts, actions, and responses in customer database/ppRoutes qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure./ppOrganizes and maintains file system: files correspondence and other records/ppMaintains working knowledge of products and/or services/ppPrepares reports and correspondence as needed/ppPerforms other duties as assigned by supervisor/ph3Job Requirements/h3pPrevious experience in outbound call center, inside sales, or related sales/customer service type role is a plus/ppExcellent customer service skills/ppContinuous operation of computer and telephone to answer customer inquiries/ppExcellent verbal and written communication skills/ppProficient on Microsoft Word and Excel/ppCommitment to excellence and high standards/ppStrong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow/ppAbility to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees/ppAbility to understand and follow written and verbal instructions/ppAcute attention to detail/ppVersatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm/ppAbility to perform diversified clerical functions and basic accounting procedures./ppAbility to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds./ppBilingual skills a plus./ppERP
