Salary:
$70K Range; based on experience
Qualifications
Must have current experience as a Director of Social Work
Must have aLCSW or CSW
Must have current nursing home/LTC experience
Must have a working understanding of social systems along with the ability to implement pertinent state and federal regulations.
Strong written and verbal skills
Responsibilities
Plans and directs a comprehensive social services program which provides support services for residents and families.
Responsible for coordinating all admissions and discharges to ensure facility census is kept at its maximum capacity.
Participates in an interdisciplinary team approach to better serve the needs of the facility population.
