Support the proposal team in preparing high-quality pre-qualification packages and proposal submissions.
Monitor and track Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring timely responses and accurate documentation.
Contribute to the development of compelling, client-focused proposals that align with company standards and branding.
Gain a thorough understanding of the business development lifecycle while actively participating in proposal strategy and execution.
Maintain clear, consistent communication and collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination throughout the proposal process.
Assist in organizing and maintaining proposal content libraries, templates, and supporting materials for efficiency and accuracy.
Participate in post-proposal reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related industry preferred.
Demonstrate self‑drive and organizational skills in carrying out assigned tasks.
Proficiency in marketing, writing, graphic design, data analytics, and project management.
Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
