Overview
Multi Facility Environment / Magnet Facility. Three facilities currently, with a fourth facility in development and two freestanding ERs. Responsibilities
Oversee a team of 5, including 3 Coordinators and 2 Liaisons with JD contract lawyers. Lead in a fast-paced, ever-changing department and communicate effectively with all departments and staff. Mentor, develop, coach, and foster a collaborative environment. Qualifications
Hospital and Physicians experience. Independent negotiation experience with large payors. Experience with credentialing. Strong pay relations and contracts experience. Director level experience (5+ years). Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with cross-department communication. Experience with Epic conversions.
