13 direct reports .
What You’ll Do
Guide strategy for seven units including Med/Surg, Ortho/Spine, Float Pool and more
Mentor leaders, boost engagement, and advance nursing excellence
Collaborate closely with a transformational CNO in a
high-visibility role
What You’ll Receive
$160K–$180K annual base salary
plus relocation and temporary housing

Requirements
Master’s required RN (DNP/PhD preferred)
At least five (5) years Med/Surg, ED, or Critical Care nursing in an acute care hospital plus at least three (3) years multi-unit leadership experience (Manager level minimum - Director preferred)
Experience with
Magnet and shared governance is required
