The Clinical Account Director is responsible for clinical account management of an assigned group of clients (80% 1-5k, 20% 5K+ segment). Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Provide consultative subject matter expert information on 360 Health programs. Present prepared reports to the client to demonstrate clinical program value. Manage clinical service issues to ensure that performance guarantees are met, and proactively resolve clinical issues. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Participate in the process for clinical program implementations. Understand client issues and apply knowledge, insight and experience into strategic recommendations. Understand the business processes that the system supports. Qualifications
Requires an AS in nursing; 5 years of current clinical/functional area experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Current unrestricted RN license in the state of Virginia. 2 years of account management in a managed care setting with experience in sales, account management, and program development is preferred.
