In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience with our company.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer needs.

Provide product and service information to customers as needed.

Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and promote company services.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and patience.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software are a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Type at least 50 words per minute.

Have an internet/download speed of at least 50 Mbps.
