Role Description
Full‑time hybrid role for Sales Staff located in the US, with some flexibility for remote work.
Identify potential clients and generate leads.
Maintain relationships with customers and achieve sales targets.
Provide product information, create proposals, negotiate contracts, and address customer inquiries.
Travel to meet clients and attend industry events to build and maintain business relationships.
Qualifications
Proven sales skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and closing sales.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of environmental sustainability or composting industry is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently, adapt to a hybrid work environment, and travel as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in sales, especially in agricultural or industrial equipment, is an advantage.
