Job Description Assist the Director of Nursing with:
Active management of clinical systems
Nursing staff scheduling, interviewing, hiring/firing
Team building, morale building, motivating the clinical team to provide the finest patient care
Assist with development/maintenance of nursing programs and activities
Complete medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charts, etc.
Any additional functions as directed by the DON

Requirements
Minimum associate degree. Bachelor's degree preferred
RN or LPN license in good standing
Minimum
one year
of successful nursing leadership experience in a long-term care facility preferred
Minimum two years' skilled nursing facility nursing experience requiredMust show ability to read and write in a legible and understandable manner
Must speak and understand English
