The Endoscopy Center of Queens (TECQ) is actively seeking a Director of Nursing to join our elite team. This state‑of‑the‑art endoscopy ambulatory surgical center located in the heart of Astoria, Queens, features three procedure rooms. Director of Nursing
Manage and mentor nursing staff including training
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
Collaborate with the anesthesiologists and gastroenterologist providers
Knowledge of accreditation standards
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Participate in the Quality Improvement Program
Be responsible for the nursing care received and ensure that high standards of care are maintained
This is a working position where you will be directly involved with patient care

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in nursing required – MSN preferred
Active New York State Registered Nurse License
Minimum of 5 years of RN experience
Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership
Ambulatory Surgical experience preferred
