This role is a key part of upholding our service philosophy by delivering the highest level of customer service. You will handle incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and communicate effectively with customers and technicians. 8:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM

7:00 PM Sunday: 8:00 AM

12:00 PM Total: 40 hours Week 2 Monday (Thursday Off) or Work (Sunday Off) Friday: 7:30 AM

7:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM

7:00 PM Sunday: 8:00 AM

10:30 AM Total: 40 hours Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner Schedule and coordinate service calls based on customer needs Communicate schedule changes or delays with customers and technicians Use customer development techniques via phone, email, mail, and personal contact Perform additional duties as needed Job Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Minimum typing speed of 55 WPM Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Team player who can also work independently Benefits Benefits package available Compensation: $24.00 per hour
