We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This is a contract position within the manufacturing industry, where you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to customers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, call center environment and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities: Respond to inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry systems. Assist customers with placing orders, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence via email. Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and organize customer information effectively. Provide timely and efficient support in a high-volume call center setting. Follow established procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service. Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve complex customer concerns. Manage both inbound and outbound communication to support customer needs. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Requirements: Proven experience in a call center or customer service role. Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls. Strong skills in data entry and order processing. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
